The gray female was resting upon a large patch of weeds that had sprouted up from the ground. They were cushiony and soft, perfect for a makeshift bed. Yawning slightly, the fae's eyelids began to droop, but suddenly she woke up, she heard a howl come to her through the air. Rising up, she sniffed and noticed she was on the outskirts of a newly claimed territory.
Smiling, the female got all the way up and stretched. "So much for my nap." she murmured. Throwing her head to the wind she called she howled for the new alpha of the Orana Salvador, seeking acceptance into his pack.

Parchment heard the new fae's howl. His excitement began to rise. So new a pack, yet suddenly, another is here! He supressed his emotions; he had to be cool and collected. Softly, he padded towards where he heard the howl. He arrived at a large patch of weeds; he found it quite comfortable as he padded onto it. It could be transformed into some kind of den area, if it wasn't so close to the borders. Maybe there is a patch closer into the forest. He could look around later. His pack deserved the best of places, and he was willing to do anything to let them be comfortable.
He saw the gray femme standing in the patch of weeds. He approached softly. He could not tell much about the femme (he isn't a genius or anything; he's actually sort of dumb sometimes), but he found another wolf's form comforting. He approached and stood beside the femme. The wind ruffled his black fur. He turned his head and looked at the fae, smiling. "Hello, M'Lady. I'm Parchment, alpha of Orana Salvador, a new pack. May I help you?" [/color]

Chira smiled at the new wolf, her white eyebrowns raised with surprise. She gave a small nod. "Yes I would like to join your pack, the Orana Salvador? What a lovely name." she said and stepped a bit closer on her four white paws. "I am Chira." she said.

Parchment looked at Chira, smiling. Chira, he thought. It was a lovely name. "Chira, you are welcome to join my pack. I am curious to know, though. What have you to offer this pack? What do you expect of this pack?"

Chira thought for a moment. "I know many trusty survival skilss, like what kind of plants to eat if you're sick or need ailments cured. I know how to identify potential dangers that others normally wouldn't, like I can spot quicksand from a mile away." she said happily. "And I think that I have good judgement." she said proudly, hoping not to sound arrogant.

Parchment nodded. "You sound wise, Chira. Welcome to Orana Salvador! It's only us two here for the moment. If you would like, you could come and search for a good denning place with me. I'm a new alpha, so I still haven't got rules and stuff sorted out.' Parchment wagged his tail happily. "I'm glad you joined me, Chira!"

ooc: Sure no problem ic: Chira smiled. She liked this alpha, he seemed very nice. "Thank you very much for accepting me Parchment." she said with glee. "I'd like to come and search for a new denning area with you." she said trotting up next to him. He was a very handsome wolf. ooc: So..what did you have in mind? Them going back to the main packlands?

Ooc-==- I have no idea ... Let's just get them finding a suitable moss place somewhere near Tall Rock first, and then I'll figure out something
Bic-==- Parchment smiled. This wolf seemed kind and giving. He laid his head on her for a moment, and then padded off towards High Rock. He looked around. There was not a patch of comfortable looking grass anywhere in sight. He sighed softly. He went to the other side of High Rock, when he suddenly noticed a small crack on the bottom of high rock. He enlargened the crack and peered in. It was carved out by some long-ago river. It was fit for probably four extremely squished wolves, or maybe two wolves and a few whelps. He wagged his tail. It could be the future denning place for the alpha female and him. He gave a short bark. "Chira! What do you think of a new denning place for the future alpha fae?"

Chira's heart gave a small leap when Parchment got so close as to lay his head over hers. She wagged her tail rapidly. She heard him bark and snapped out of her fantasy. Trotting over she looked inside the den. "Hm." she thought and trotted in. It was quite cozy, perfect for mates and their pups. She came back out. "I think it's perfect..." she said. "For your future mate." she said blushing.

Ooc-==-And, as usual, Parchment is stupid-headed and cannot think of why Chira blushed.
Bic-==-
Parchment's thoughts were oblivious to Chira's blush and her wagging tail. His tongue just lolled out, thinking about his future mate, new whelps, and a happy family and pack. He shook his head. That was a far away dream. He still hadn't even found the denning site for the rest of the pack yet. Parchment licked Chira, quite carelessly leaving a large drop of saliva somewhere in her coat. "I'm glad you think it's nice! Come on, let's find the denning site - and then we can go and have some realy fun!"
Ooc-==-Can you get Chira to find the denning site? It doesn't matter really where it is and what it looks like.

ooc: xD Chira might have to flatout tell him if he doesn't get hints
ic: Chira smiled and followed him. She stopped in a nice clearing, there was a very large cave just to the north. She ran towards it, it smelled of old bear, but the scent was long gone and unfresh. Besides a bear wouldn't travel into wolf turf. She barked to Parchment. "How about here?" she asked slowly stepping inside the cave. It was very large and could fit many wolves snuggly in it.

Parchment ran towards Chira's voice. He saw a large cave. It looked extremely snugglyish (snuggles!), and although it smelt of bear, the scent was made long ago. He traveled inside, and barked. The echo was dim. He was satisfied. Either the walls were cushioned with moss, or with some other material that made it comfy and un-noisy. He wagged his tail as he went back outside. "Looks perfect!" Parchment's tongue lolled out. He gave another lick at Chira. He aimed for the shoulders, and this time, he was more careful. Not pitiful balls of spit was left.

Chira smiled happily and licked Parchment back. She nuzzled him. "This is a nice place, I think I like the other den better. It's perfect for...a family." she said in a daydreaming voice. She'd always wanted a mate and pups.

ooc: xD that's happened to me many times. Hm, I think you should just have Parchment suddenly realize what Chira is implying. Then I dunno he should ask her to be his mate or she'll ask or something like that.
