The brown and gray clad brute padded out into a thickly goliaged forest. He was going to hunt for his growing family. He sniffed the air and caught a wiff of deer scent.

.:To the east a herd of deer are grazing, the buck of the group is a way's away but keeping a close watch on his herd. One of the doe's begin to walk into the forest, possibly to birth. Another at the edge of the brush is busy grazing leaving her young unattended:.

Chazz saw a doe stray from the herd, she looked fattened up a bit, he'd go for her. He stalked towards the doe and bunched his muscles together tightly. He then sprang with great agility, aiming at the back of the doe's neck, hs jaws open.

.:The doe unaware that she was being stalked was surprised by the attack and narrowly missed his attempt for her neck, but her shoulder blade was hit instead, she attempted an escape back into the herd but with the extra weight within her and being quite far away, it would take a miracle:.

Chazz's teeth hit the doe's flesh as a spray of blood erupted from her shoulder. He landed on his feet and swung around. Even though the doe was pregnant, fear made her run fast. He sprinted to catch up and jumped, aiming for the neck again.

.:The doe's wound had slowed her considerably, but her fear confused her and suddenly she turned around her senses giving her illogical ideas, then suddenly a squeal of pain and fright erupted from her maw as the canine buried his fangs into her neck cutting the jugular and sending her to her impending doom slowly, she fell on her knees and then her side, her unborn baby kicking slightly in her stomach:.

Chazz delivered the final blow. He howled mournfully for the death of a pregnant mother. He prayed to the gods that he would be forgiven for taking the life of an unborn fawn. He then sliced the deer into separate parts. He would have to drag much of it back to Ciel. He decided to bring her a back leg, there was plenty of meat on the haunch. He stripped most of the shoulder and chest meat and left the organs in the stomach, he didn't wantto rip into an unborn fetus. He left the head and front legs. Sniffing around he found a suitable place to bury the meat. He did so and ate some that he hadn't buried. He then began to drag the haunch back to his family.
